We have expertise in Engineering, growth, Design and product roles, and the teams are divided by function to be able to have an in-depth view of these functions. We have a specialized mapping team that supports our talent partners with a more targeted search. 95% of our profiles make shortlists and hence our hiring is faster. We work with late-stage companies such as Nykka, dream 11, pharmeasy, Jiosaavn, Marico, etc. Our strength is in hiring for early-stage startups, which is actually more challenging but have been able to get past all the challenges due to our structure in the process.
